NOTICE OF INTENT TO PREPARE AN IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN AND IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS FOR WASHINGTON COUNTY WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT’S HIGHWAY 18 WATER RECLAMATION PROJECT

Pursuant to the provisions of sections 11-36a-501 and 503 of the Utah Code, notice is hereby given that the Washington County Water Conservancy District intends to prepare an Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Impact Fee Analysis for the District’s Highway 18 Water Reclamation. The anticipated location of impact fee facilities that may be proposed as a result of this plan is described in this map.

Regional Water Supply Agreement Administrative Advisory Committee

Committee meetings are scheduled on January 28, May 27, August 26 and October 21 at noon at the district’s office, 533 E Waterworks Drive. Meeting agendas, handouts and minutes are posted on the Utah Public Notice website.
