Serving Washington County Customers
Some Washington County neighborhoods receive water directly from the district given a municipal water provider is not available. The district manages the acquisition, treatment, storage and delivery of water and all necessary infrastructure and facilities needed to serve these customers. All customers are required to adhere to these Terms of Service and Rules and Regulations.

Service Lines
The final service line inventories for the district’s direct customer water systems have been classified as non-lead; meaning no lead, galvanized downstream of lead, or unknown service lines were found. The lines were determined to be non-lead by performing a detailed review of all available records including, but not limited to, historic, aerial imagery and assessor records.
